What is exchvnge°?
exchvnge° is a Livestream Fashion Marketplace - A place where you can shop livestreams and bid on live auctions on all things FASHION.
How do you make sure my information is secure?
The exchvnge° Privacy Policy applies to all information gathered to process exchvnge° orders. Information provided to each seller will be limited to the minimum amount necessary in order for them to process your order (name and shipping address). All other personal information collected to process your order, including payment information, is maintained in an encrypted 3rd party secure server. In addition, exchvnge° mandates that all exchvnge° Sellers follow exchvnge°’s Privacy Policy and will have limitations on sharing your information for purposes other than the fulfillment of your order.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. All credit card transactions are processed via a reliable third-party payment system. Your information is never stored on exchvnge°'s servers.
Who ships my order?
Your exchvnge° items will be shipped directly from the Seller and will be typically delivered within 3-7 business days. Overnight and second-day delivery are not available.
How do I contact a seller?
Currently, you cannot contact a seller directly. You can contact exchvnge°’s customer service support@livfie.com
What payment does exchvnge° take?
In addition to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards, exchvnge° also accepts payment via Paypal, Apple Pay, and Android Pay.
How to check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, go to Account under the main menu and click on the order tab. If you have further questions about your order, please contact Customer Service at support@livfie.com
Can I change or cancel an order?
All changes and cancelations must be processed by exchvnge° Customer Service. We can't guarantee changes or cancellations to orders that have already begun processing. We do our best to respond to all requests within one business day.
US Sales Tax
Orders shipping to destinations within the United States are subject to sales tax. The amount of sales tax charged is based on several factors, including the type of item purchased, the buyer’s delivery address, shipping costs, and current tax rates per local and state laws. If applicable, sales tax will be added upon selecting your shipping address at checkout. Tax will be refunded for returned items. exchvnge° currently collects sales tax for the following states when applicable: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, UT, VA, WI.
What is your returns policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL with a few exceptions. We do not accept returns or provide refunds. The exception is for defective Items, counterfeit items or mis-shipment of an incorrect Item which can be returned for refund. Returns policies are different for each exchvnge° seller. Return policy is based solely on the discretion of each seller. If you like to get a refund please contact us at support@livfie.com within 3 days of receiving the item. We may also ask that you return the item to us.
Can I do an exchange?
Exchanges are not allowed on exchvnge° Marketplace. However, if it is approved, you will be provided with directions on how to process this exchange.
I didn’t get my package, how do I track it?
You can see the tracking number in the ‘orders’ tab under your account’s menu.
Does exchvnge° ship to outside of the US?
exchvnge° ships worldwide, please be aware that shipping costs do not include duty, tax, and other fees associated with international orders and shipments.
Will there be duty fees for international orders?
Yes. Duty fees and import taxes are not included in product prices for international shipments.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
Email confirmations can be delayed. As long as you received an order number confirmation in your account inbox, then your order has been confirmed. We also recommend checking the spam folder of your email.
