These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“The Program”) apply when you qualify for and utilize the Exchvnge Buyer Referral Program. This Program allows you to earn credits and commissions toward future Exchvnge purchases by referring friends to become new users on Exchvnge.

How to Earn Referral Credits Existing Exchvnge users who refer Eligible New Members (defined below) are eligible to earn credits and commissions if:

The Eligible New Member enters a referral code or clicks on a referral link to create a valid Exchvnge account that complies with our Terms of Use; and

The Eligible New Member completes a Qualifying Transaction.

An “Eligible New Member” is a new user who has never created an Exchvnge account and creates a new account using a referral link provided by an existing Exchvnge user. Eligible New Members can earn credits after successfully signing up for the app and verifying their phone number (for anti-fraud purposes) and creating an account that complies with our Terms of Use.

Qualifying Transactions A Qualifying Transaction has no minimum total value. It must be made using the Exchvnge app, and the Eligible New Member must complete the transaction before the referrer may receive credits. A transaction is not considered a Qualifying Transaction if it is canceled at any time.

Redeeming Credits Credits may only be redeemed within the Exchvnge app. Once earned, credits will appear on the referred or referring member’s account page. Credits must be used within 90 days from the date they are issued, after which they may expire. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash. Credits accrued in separate Exchvnge accounts may not be combined and cannot be used for shipping charges.

Sharing Referral Links Referral links are for personal and non-commercial purposes only. They should not be published or distributed on coupon websites, and members are prohibited from spamming anyone with referral invitations. Mass emailing, messaging people you do not know, or using automated systems or bots to distribute referral links is prohibited.

Multiple Referrals A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives multiple referral links, only the referrer associated with the link used to create the account will receive credits.

Termination, Changes, and Limitations Exchvnge may suspend or terminate The Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to ban accounts or rescind credits if we determine any activity is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions or Exchvnge’s Terms of Use. The scope and variety of services and products obtainable by redeeming credits may change at any time.

If your transaction using credits later qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund you will receive is the amount you actually paid, excluding credits used. You will not receive a refund of the referral credits.

Updates to the Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms or terminate The Program at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Exchvnge app or website, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in The Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
